Return and Refund Policy

Returns

All Okanagan Select non-perishable products can be returned for full refund within 48 hours from the time that they are received. All products should be inspected by the purchaser upon delivery. Any major damages to the lot or to case may be rejected with proof and demonstration upon inspection free of charge. Once the shipping manifest has been signed the purchaser will become responsible for coordinating the return of products within the 48 hour period.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. We will implement our quality management (QMP) and HACCP protocols for all product recalls.

All returns require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received by the Okanagan Select sales coordinator, the purchaser will be notified of the delivery, and the products will be inspected. We will immediately notify you on the status of the refund, after inspection.

Shipping

All refunds after initial inspection do not include the cost of shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
