These frozen smoked sockeye salmon fillets come skin on and boneless. Each 8 oz(150 – 270g) fillet is individually vacuum packed in our industry-grade plastic to lock in freshness. Our wild sockeye salmon is priced in dollars per kilogram and is caught locally in Osoyoos Lake by only the safest sustainable fishing practices.
